Privacy and cookie notice
Last updated: 30 September 2026. This notice explains how we handle your personal data when you use this website and our services, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The Italian version is the reference text.
Who handles your data

What we collect
- Data you give us: name, email, phone, your search or the link of a home, the needs and budget you enter in the form, and anything you write or tell us later.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information, processed by our hosting provider to run and protect the site.
- Measurement data: only if you accept cookies, the Meta pixel records your visit and your form submission.

Without your name and email we cannot reply. Your phone number is optional, unless you ask us to call you back.
Who we share it with
Your data is handled by us and by providers who help us deliver the service, appointed as processors: the service that hosts the site and receives the forms (Netlify, Inc.), and our email provider. Only if you accept cookies, the data collected by the pixel is also processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, joint controller with us for collecting and transmitting that data only; for any further use Meta is an independent controller under its own policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy). If you go ahead with a purchase, we share only what is needed with the real estate agency, notary, surveyors and bank involved. We never sell your data.
Some providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the safeguards set out in the GDPR: the adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for participating companies, or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format, and you can withdraw your consent without affecting what was done before. To stop receiving homes, just reply "stop" to any of our emails. Write to hello@giustohomes.com. If you think your data is being mishandled, you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or to the authority where you live.

This site uses no profiling cookies without your consent. Fonts are served from our own site, with no calls to outside services.
